Based at our Alfreton manufacturing site, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our site facilities and utilities. In addition, you'll collaborate with Production, Environmental and Engineering teams to ensure site facilities remain compliant, safe and fit for purpose, always upholding the highest standards of Food Safety, Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice.

About You:

You are a proactive and solutions-focused engineer with a passion for maintaining and improving industrial facilities and utility systems. You'll have experience working within a manufacturing, food production or industrial environment and hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or possess equivalent practical experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy diagnosing technical issues and take pride in delivering high-quality engineering solutions that improve operational performance. A good understanding of engineering compliance, statutory inspections and Health & Safety legislation is essential, along with experience managing contractors and working collaboratively across multiple departments. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, combined with a continuous improvement mindset, will enable you to make a real impact and contribute to the ongoing success of the Alfreton site.
