Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions seeks a Facilities Technician to maintain facilities and building fabric across the estate, including welfare areas and HVAC systems. You will lead safety standards, support process improvements, and ensure compliant maintenance practices.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, PPM scheduling, and collaboration with a multi-disciplined team. Eligibility includes NVQ Level 2 electrical/mechanical, 18th Edition, IPAF, and HVAC knowledge; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 - Electrical or Mechanical required.
• 18th Edition Electrical qualification.
• IPAF certification required.
• HVAC knowledge and experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across facilities and building fabric.
• Lead health and safety for site in line with requirements.
• Improve and maintain PPM system and integrate customer OS for asset management.
• Identify improvements to processes and customer assets and implement them.
• Manage sub-contractors per site procedures.
