Qualifications

• Time-served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
• Sound understanding of safety documentation for site safety procedures.
• Current, valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Legionella Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed on time.
• Support implementation of an integrated approach for service delivery.
• Perform building fabric repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Provide callout response for the client as per schedule.
