Key Responsibilities
  • Work a 24-hour rotating shift pattern
  • Maintain plant and service equipment per maintenance schedules for optimal performance
  • Conduct repairs and implement plant modifications
  • Carry out PPMs, breakdown repairs, and new installations
  • Perform preventative maintenance and lead improvement initiatives
  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements
  • Document procedures and support business objectives through collaboration
Your Profile
  • BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong understanding of electrical / mechanical engineering principles
  • Experience with facilities equipment: pumps, piping, wiring layouts, transformers, PLCs
  • Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair; knowledgeable in de-ionized systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; self-managed and reliable
  • Creative thinker with passion for continuous improvement
