Job summary

Butlin's in Skegness is seeking a Facilities Technical Manager to lead utility management, monitor carbon reduction initiatives, and ensure M&E systems meet statutory regulations. You will liaise with clients and contractors, manage KPI/SLA, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and provide technical support to the Facilities team and Head of Department.

The role requires City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations, 18th Edition, and strong communication and leadership in a busy resort

Qualifications

• Experience in utility management and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of 18th Edition electrical regulations.
• Strong communication and managerial skills to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor usage and identify initiatives to meet Carbon Reduction Standard commitments.
• Ensure Mechanical & Electrical systems comply with current statutory regulations.
• Liaise with clients and contractors and manage KPI and SLA.
• Support Head of Department and manage planned and reactive maintenance.
• Provide technical support to team and contractors.
