Unite Group, operating Unite Students properties in Huddersfield, seeks a Facilities Team Member to keep living spaces safe, clean and welcoming. The role supports a vibrant student community, working 30 hours per week (4 days out of 7) with 8am–8pm shifts and weekend on rota.
You`ll hold a valid UK driving license and perform a range of maintenance tasks, respond quickly to issues, and use PDA apps for tracking and inspections.

Location: Huddersfield - Oldgate House

As a Facilities Team Member, you`ll play a key part in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained spaces that help our students feel at home and thrive. You`ll work closely with your Facilities Team Leader, peers and residents, resolving maintenance issues, responding to health and safety needs, and supporting a high-quality living environment.
