Join Our Client's Team as a Facilities Team Leader (Maintenance)!

Salary: £47,000-£50,000

Shifts: Day shift only – half day Friday!

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? We are on the lookout for a Facilities Team Leader to join our innovative engineering team! If you have a passion for maintenance, fault finding, and repairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead a small team within facilities maintenance (must have experience of leading a team)
  • Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a variety of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Interact with SAP to manage work orders efficiently
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Conduct electrical fault finding and diagnose motors and drives
  • Assist in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and improvement projects
  • Ensure all planned maintenance work meets high standards and is completed on time
  • Keep meticulous records of time spent on tasks and update reports
Key Qualifications:
  • BTEC, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Recognised Engineering apprenticeship
  • 18th Edition – BS7671 certification is essential
  • Strong Health and Safety knowledge in an engineering environment
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills
