Overview

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accommodation Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Answering telephone queries
  • Dealing with email queries
  • Sending out booking forms via email
  • Loading bookings on to our PC (we have a hotel package)
  • Sending confirmation emails
  • Adding bills onto reservations
  • Allocating room numbers to reservations
  • Lots of PC work when in the Call Centre

  • Checking the daily arrivals and departure lists
  • Greeting customers
  • Checking reservations in
  • Taking payments (Cash and Card)
  • Daily Key Press checks
  • Balancing float at end of shift
  • Adding bills onto reservations
  • Allocating room numbers to reservations
  • Sending confirmation emails
  • Very much face to face customer focussed when working in the reception.
