Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in the Defence, Government and Energy Services sector is recruiting a Facilities Supervisor on a full-time basis for 37.5 hours per week. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality, and support a team in a demanding environment.

You will manage deliveries, rota planning, stock orders, and compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards. The role offers progression within a company that values individuality and rewards performance.

• Producing weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Delegating where necessary and keeping the team proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
