Facilities Social Media and Commercial Promotions Coordinator

Fixed Term to 31 July 2026

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Business Services Support team. The role involves working flexibly within a busy environment, providing creative and professional promotional marketing and communications support for the facilities (commercial services) on campus, including Sport Lancaster, Lancaster University Conferences & Events+, Retail, Food & Dining, Accommodation and Pre-School Centre.

You should have excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience of using digital media channels to engage with students, staff, visitors and businesses. You will also possess strong administration and organisational skills, be a team player and work proactively to produce accurate and creative work, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

This is a full-time, fixed term position to 31 July 2026. We welcome applications from people in all diversity groups.
