Manpower UK is recruiting a Facilities & Site Support Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility in Berinsfield, Oxfordshire. This part-time role covers cleaning, waste management and upkeep of welfare facilities, with a 25-hour work week and £13.00 per hour. A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to limited public transport.

The position offers weekly pay, immediate start and a varied, hands-on daily routine including outdoor duties and site maintenance.

Formación

• Experience in cleaning, facilities or site support preferred.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors with manual handling.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across indoors and outdoors.
• Operate waste handling equipment and dispose of waste correctly.
• Clean showers, locker rooms, kitchens and welfare facilities.
• Restock consumables such as soap, towels and tea/coffee.
• Clean communal areas, canteens and fridges.
• Monitor and report spills or waste management issues.
• Support 5S housekeeping and site cleanliness standards.
• Keep yard and external areas tidy.
