Qualifications

• Adhere to health and safety regulations (COSHH) and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain records related to health, safety, maintenance and security.
• Assist with events, deliveries, and basic repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Secure buildings and sites through daily checks and locking/unlocking at set times.
• Keep logs of maintenance issues and repairs; report to Site Manager.
• Assist with hosting events and examinations set-up; support with deliveries.
• Operate basic site systems including lighting, heating and CCTV/alarm controls.
• Act as a designated key holder for emergency access to the school site.
