We are looking for a Facilities Project Delivery Lead who is organised, strategic, and passionate about delivering operational excellence to join our Global Engineering & Facilities team based in Slough, UK.

About the Role

You will manage Facilities project management services across UCB’s UK and Ireland property portfolio, including operational bases in Slough and Windlesham, legacy properties, and support for the Dublin office. You will act as the primary project commissioning agent, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Who You’ll Work With

You will report to the Head of Engineering UK & Ireland and collaborate with stakeholders across business areas, contracted project management resources, and the UK & Ireland Facilities Leadership Team.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead project management services to ensure timely, budget‑conscious delivery with expected outcomes
  • Gather and translate client requirements into accurate project specifications
  • Select, deploy, and manage all contracted project management resources
  • Oversee Facilities Capital Expenditure budgets and report progress to sponsors
  • Identify and resolve cross‑directorate and cross‑project dependencies and risks
  • Ensure effective planning, communication, and progression throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies and documentation systems
  • Support business planning and manage cross‑stream dependencies
  • Provide oversight and reporting on projects to the Facilities Leadership Team
  • Coordinate Capital Expenditure and Life Cycle Plans with the Leadership Team
