Job summary

Sunderland AFC is seeking a maintenance technician to fault-find, rectify and test plumbing and heating systems across the stadium and facilities. You will also handle small installations, project works, TMVs inspections and Legionella compliance, while supporting contractors and maintenance staff.

• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in plumbing or heating.
• Gas Safe registration or actively working toward it.
• Experience in domestic and commercial heating systems installation, maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding, rectification and testing of plumbing and heating systems.
• Carry out small installations and project works.
• Inspect and test TMVs and legionella compliance.
• Liaise with maintenance staff and management; manage contractors.
• Maintain accurate records and follow Health & Safety policy.
