Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Plumber for the Bishop's Stortford facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and testing of plumbing, medical gas distribution, and related systems across the building.

The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing, strong maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. On-site work will involve safety compliance and collaboration with contractors as required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in building services or facilities.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, tests and troubleshoots plumbing and medical gas systems.
• Installs plumbing piping and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Maintains waste and vent lines and performs routine PMs.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and assists other trades as needed.
• Provides guidance and training to staff on basic plumbing tasks.
