A reputable NHS organization is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Operative for Domestic Services at St. Woolos Hospital, Newport. This part-time position requires a commitment to excellent customer service, with a working schedule of 20 hours weekly, from 08:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday. Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team as a Facilities Operative in Domestic Services at St. Woolos Hospital in Newport. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual who is committed to enhancing the patient and customer experience, and who requires a passion for providing a high level of customer service.
The hours are 20 per week, to be worked 08:30 – 12:30, Monday to Friday.
Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office's criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed.
The duties within each function will be set out in the relevant job schedules. The assignment of these duties will meet the priority needs and demands of the service as identified by the manager or supervisor. The post‑holder will therefore be expected to take a flexible approach to their duties, and must also be able to cover rosters. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
