A leading health organization in the UK is excited to recruit a Facilities Operative to join its Domestic Services team at Chepstow Community Hospital. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided, and the role involves working 12 hours per week. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and supporting a high standard of service. A passion for helping others is essential, with a preference for Welsh speakers.
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team as a Facilities Operative within Domestic Services based at Chepstow Community Hospital.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to enhancing the patient & customer experience, therefore you must have a passion for providing a high level of customer service.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours are 12 per week to be worked 15:30 - 19:30 over 3 shifts as part of a 4 week rota
The duties within each function will be set out in the relevant job schedules. The assignment of these duties will meet the priority needs and demands of the service as identified by the manager/supervisor. The post-holder will therefore be expected to take a flexible approach to their duties, and must also be able to cover rosters.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
