A facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Operative to work on-site at a high-security prison in Evesham. The role involves general maintenance tasks, groundskeeping, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Candidates should have solid DIY skills and understanding of Health & Safety legislation. A maximum of 39 hours per week is required, with a weekend shift pattern in place. Support for prison security clearance is provided, which may take up to 12 weeks.

The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, across 7 days as a 1 in 3 weekend shift pattern is in place, which comes with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary.

Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process). Please note that this can sometimes take up to 12 weeks to be completed and for a start date to be agreed, should you be successful.
