A major healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Facilities Operational Supervisor to lead a team of up to 40 staff in delivering high quality services. The successful candidate will manage staff rotas, attend to audits, and liaise with service users. Inthis fast-paced role, you will be supervising up to 40 people, ensuring theyhave the support they need to help keep our hospitals running efficiently andsafety.
Inthis role you will support day-to-day management of the portering team, helping manage them, which has a direct impact on their ability to movepatients, and ensure they receive excellent, timely care.
Asthe supervisor, you will be highly organised, as you will be responsible fortasks such as staff rotas, attendance management, audits and monitoring and liaising with site service users, staff and patients.
Bystaying on top of these administrative tasks, and being a personable resource for our portering team, you will play a crucial role in helping to improveour service.
Inthis role, no two days are the same. Youll play an important role insupporting the team manager and the portering team through the fast-paced hospital environment, to ensure our patients are well cared for at all times.
Thesuccessful candidate could be supervising up to 40 staff, at any one time. This role is key in ensuring that all the services listed above are delivered to exceptional standards; this position is True Facilities Services Team Leadingand would be an ideal opportunity for a highly ambitious, skilled and focussed individual.
Day to day duties include: staff rotas, payroll, attendance management, appraisals, audits & monitoring, liaison with site service-users & patients.
