A local government council in Crawley is seeking a part-time Facilities Administration team member to serve as the initial point of contact for community facility bookings. This role involves assisting customers through phone and email interactions for services related to community centres and sports pitches. Are you a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy, supportive team environment? We’re looking for someone to join our Facilities Administration team on a part-time, fixed term basis to help deliver excellent service to our community.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers booking and paying for our facilities, including community centres and sports pitches. You’ll also support services related to allotments, cemeteries, and burials, ensuring all legislative processes are followed. Most customer interactions will be via phone and email, with occasional face-to-face meetings and reception cover.

This role is based onsite at the Town Hall (The Create Building) in Crawley.
Fixed term contract for 6 months.
The post holder is excluded from the Flexible Working Hours Scheme.
This is part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. You will be required to work every Monday to Friday afternoon from 12:30pm to 5:00pm (4.5 hours per day).
