Qualifications

• At least City & Guilds Mechanical installation qualification is required.
• Steam qualification or equivalent time served is essential.
• Basic IT literacy is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines is preferred.
• Knowledge of maintaining steam boilers is necessary.
• Experience in planned preventive maintenance is important.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of low temperature hot water (LTHW) boiler systems is beneficial.
• Experience with controls is a plus.
• Installation skills are necessary.
• Ability to perform fault finding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and modification of site mechanical services.
• Carry out mechanical repairs, tests, and reports as necessary.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and complete job documentation.
• Respond to reactive work orders and complete as necessary.
• Promote customer satisfaction through repair and improvement processes.
