A private property management company in Chertsey is seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanical Engineer. This role involves the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, along with duties in fault finding, electrical installations, and plant maintenance. Responsibilities

• Operation & maintenance of H&V plant, including pumps, motors, actuators etc.
• Daily boiler room & plant checks.
• Maintaining commercial kitchen plant & equipment.
• Carry out works on LV electrical installations.
• Undertaking scheduled installations & maintenance.
• Fault finding, diagnosis & carrying out repair or replacement of equipment.
• Managing stock & supplies of equipment.

TXM Recruit are currently working with a private property management company that provides a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele who are seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Chertsey.

Salary: £45,000 + OT

Hours – 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm). Flexibility when busy in peak summer months.

Overtime – 1.5x over 40 hours and Unlimited allowed.

Extras – 1 in 4 weekend which includes a call out rota (May - October).

Key responsibilities:
