Responsibilities

• Supervise work across the school with external and internal contractors.
• Hold keyholder responsibilities and ensure building security when not in use.
• Manage Cleaning and Caretaking staff across the school.
• Coordinate communication with the facilities team to keep projects on track.
• Take bookings for school facilities from outside users.
• Ensure heating, lighting and alarm systems are regularly checked and operational.
• Handle equipment orders for facilities across the school.
