A leading facilities management provider is seeking a Facilities Manager for a 12-month contract in Burgess Hill, England. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities management and will be responsible for overseeing hard and soft FM services for approximately 1000 staff. This role requires the ability to manage a team and contractors effectively. Applicants should be available to start at short notice. Competitive salary range is £50k-£60k.
Our client, a leading provider of facilities management services is recruiting a facilities manager on 12 month contract, to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services at their client's offices in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, accommodating approx. 1000 staff.
Candidate will ideally have minimum 3-5 years experience at FM level and will have worked for an FM Services Company on a corporate 'Total FM' account - managing a directly employed site based team as well as contractors for specialist services.
Candidates would also benefit from project management experience.
We are looking for an FM who is available to start at short notice and who lives within 45 mins of Burgess Hill.
