Qualifications

About the role

TheFacilitiesManagementProjectManagerprovidesstrategicleadershipfortheoptimisationofKFCUK&Ireland’sfacilitiesmanagementsystemsandcomplianceframework,deliveredthroughtheFacilitiesManagementproviderforour270+Equityownedrestaurants.Accountableforoverseeingtheend-to-endimplementationandcontinuousenhancementoftheCAFMsystem,theroleensuresfullPPMcomplianceacrosstheestatewhiledrivinginitiativesinternallytoelevatetheprocessestodelivercommercialimpactinrelationtoRepairandmaintenance.Actingthroughstrongsupplierpartnerships,theProjectManagerdrivesoperationalexcellence,data-ledinsight,andcross-functionalcollaborationtodeliverlong-termvalueforthebusiness.

What you’ll do

Strategic Leadership & Ownership

• Leadthedesign,deployment,andoptimizationoftheCAFMsystemtotransformhowfacilitiesandassetdataaremanagedacrossallourequityownedsitesthroughmanagingandstrategicallyleadingourmaintenanceprovider.
• Actasastrategicpartnertoseniorleaders,identifyingopportunitiestoenhanceefficiency,compliance,andcosteffectivenessandledtheend-to-enddeliveryoftheseinitiativesthroughstrongcrossfunctionalleadership.
• Anticipateandsolvecomplexcross-functionalchallengesacrossOperations,Riskandcompliance,LegalandFinance,ensuringsustainablesystemperformanceandadoptionofthenewandexistingprocessesrelatingtorepairsandmaintenance.
• Drivelong-termvaluecreationthroughstrategicplanning,riskmanagement,andproactivegovernanceofourfacilitiesmanagementprovider.Owningtheoverallprojectmanagementanddeliverables.

Operational Delivery & PPM Compliance

• Partnercross-functionallywithsuppliers,fieldteams,finance,safety,andbrandoperationstoensuremaintenanceprogramsareexecutedefficiently,safely,andconsistentlyacrossallmarkets.
• Overseethemonitoringofmaintenanceperformance,contractorcompliance,andserviceleveloutcomesthroughadvancedanalyticsanddashboardingtools.Translatecomplexdataintoactionableinsightsthatinfluenceoperational,financial,andbrandoutcomesacrosstheorganization.
• Leveragesystemintelligencetoidentifyemergingperformancegapsandrootcausesacrossvendors,geographies,andassetcategories.Leadcross-functionalactionplansthatimprovereliability,reducestwealthvariability,andstrengthenoveralloperationalresilience.
• Championthesimplificationandstandardizationofmaintenanceprocessesandtools,ensuringconsistentexecution,dataintegrity,andaccountabilityacrossallrestaurants.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

Experience

• Strongexperienceinprojectmanagementorfacilitiesoperations,ideallywithintherestaurant,retail,orhospitalityindustry.
• ProvensuccessinimplementingandoptimizingCAFMorenterpriseassetmanagementsystems.
• StrongunderstandingofPPMcompliance,maintenancescheduling,andoperationalperformancereporting.
• Demonstratedabilitytotakefullownershipofcomplexprojects,balancingstrategicforesightwithdeliveryexcellence.
• Skilledinstakeholdermanagement,changeleadership,andcommunicationacrossdiverseaudiences.
• Highlyanalytical,withproficiencyinPowerBI,ERP/CAFMsystems,andperformancedashboarding.
• ProjectManagementcertification(PMP,PRINCE2,orequivalent)preferred.
