A facilities management company is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in their Staines office. Responsibilities include managing facilities services, ensuring health and safety compliance, and leading a small team. Pay: £23.69 per hour PAYE incl Holiday | £30.24 per hour LTD Umbrella Contract: Temporary. Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Location: Staines - Onsite 5 days per week.

As a Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of facilities services across the main office in Staines. You will ensure that all workplaces are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and welcoming, providing the right environment for staff, visitors, and contractors. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From managing health and safety compliance and overseeing hard and soft facilities contracts, to leading office fit-outs, relocations, and flexible working arrangements, you will play a key part in creating an efficient, high-quality workplace. You will also lead and support a small facilities team, ensuring excellent service delivery and a strong customer focus.
