Are you a proactive and organised Facilities Manager/Estate Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, a leading entertainment organisation, is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the facilities management for multiple properties, including multiple retail stores, a large corporate office and private residences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are hands-on, and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you! 🌟

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Various Locations across London

Salary: up to £55,000 plus perm benefits

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple properties (3 HNWI residences, one large office building, a warehouse, and multiple small retail stores)
  • Managing a dedicated team of three staff members, ensuring smooth operations in their absence
  • Coordinating essential services, including cleaning, maintenance, and catering for all locations
  • Monitoring utility services and liaising with providers for gas, water, and electricity
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met
  • Collaborating with contractors for building maintenance and renovations
  • Project managing general maintenance and renovations for all locations
  • Managing tenant and building issues, ensuring all matters are handled
  • General tasks as directed by the owners and COO

*this is a hands‑on role, not an administrative role! They need someone who is a "do‑er", who will get the job done and use their knowledge and expertise to make sure all property matters are handled quickly and effectively.
