Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Facilities Manager in Andover to ensure tenants and visitors receive a 5* service. Responsibilities include managing workplace changes and implementing concepts for consistent experiences. Suitable candidates must have strong customer focus, be well presented, and hold an IOSH Managing Safely qualification. The role is temp to perm with working hours from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing Facilities Management environment.
  • Experience within a contract/project/facilities management team.
  • Ability to work out of hours to support service delivery needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
  • Manage and deliver workplace changes.
  • Implement existing concepts for a consistent workplace experience across the site.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to work on our clients site within Andover working in the facilities team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for enhancing and transforming our client, and any sub-tenant workplaces. They will be responsible for the implementation of all existing concepts including touchpoints and team boards etc, will ensure a consistent workplace experience across the site and will manage and deliver workplace changes.

Requirements
  • Strong customer and client focus - must have experience in customer facing Facilities Management environment
  • Team Player - experience within a contract/project/facilities management team
  • Communication - Exceptional level written, oral communications skills. An influential communicator, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages and identify mutually agreeable solutions
  • Able to work out of hours to support service delivery needs as necessary

Always be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).

Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
