Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician at our Twickenham club to ensure peak condition of the facility, from the building shell to outdoor areas. You'll oversee pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation, applying your electrical expertise to keep systems reliable.

The role requires an Electrical Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds or BTEC) and experience with Building Management Systems and compliance tasks such as emergency lighting testing, PAT

Qualifications

  • Electrical Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds or BTEC) required.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Knowledge of emergency lighting testing, PAT and water hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the whole site - from the building shell to surrounding grounds.
  • Maintain pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
  • Ensure queries are dealt with using an electronic CAFM system.
  • Lead by example to inspire the team and drive improvement.
  • Implement and manage a preventative maintenance programme.
  • Develop skills within the team and foster strong collaboration.
