Facilities Maintenance Technician – Lancaster

£27,175 PA | Permanent Position | Immediate Start

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Lancaster. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem‑solving, and keeping things running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, joinery, building and grounds maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections and safety checks
  • Support facility upgrades, refurbishments, and installations
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering building and facilities maintenance
  • Any relevant qualifications, e.g. electrical
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence (to travel between sites if needed)
