The ideal candidate will have a recognised trade qualification and experience in building and equipment maintenance, along with strong problem-solving and staff management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments.
• Good command of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage third-party suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe and efficient operation of the NFTS site.
• Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure compliance.
• Act in absence of Estates & Facilities Manager.
