Job summary

Moray Council is seeking a dedicated candidate to perform janitorial and minor maintenance duties across Moray locations. The role requires care and maintenance experience, good people interaction skills, and the ability to follow routines and paperwork accurately.

The post is part-time (14.5 hours per week) with a pay rate of £14.68 per hour. PVG scheme membership is required, and travel between sites will be necessary, often by car/van.

Qualifications

• Experience of care and maintenance of property.
• Previous experience of working with people.

Responsibilities

• Undertake janitorial and minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Travel efficiently between Moray locations to meet service requirements.
• Record information accurately and maintain logs as required.
• Work indoors and outdoors, carrying out handyman tasks as needed.
