Job summary

A leading advanced-technology organisation in the UK is seeking a Facilities & HSE Manager to oversee facilities operations and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facilities management, a degree in a relevant field, and a solid understanding of UK HSE regulations. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Oxford and the opportunity to work closely with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in facilities and/or HSE management within technical, scientific, or manufacturing settings.
• Solid knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across labs, offices, and shared spaces.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, risk assessments, and procedures.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and lead environmental/sustainability initiatives.
