Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited is recruiting at Preston Leyland Hotel for a flexible, proactive Facilities Services Assistant who will be the first point of contact and help keep the site safe, well‑maintained and responsive to day‑to‑day needs.

You will support the facilities team across the property, respond to reactive tasks, uphold health and safety standards, provide a reassuring presence on site and assist with food and beverage service. 20 hours over 3 days, mornings/evenings and weekends.

• First point of contact responsibilities
• On-site presence and customer service

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to reactive cleaning and ensuring they are logged and followed up appropriately
• Applying strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
• Providing a visible, reliable presence on site, offering reassurance and support when issues arise
• Helping to maintain a safe, organised and well functioning environment for everyone using the building
• Being part of the food and beverage team
• Serving meals
