Job summary

FRANK G. GATES LIMITED in Stevenage is seeking a Site Maintenance person to carry out general jobs around the dealership, including decorating, ground maintenance and building maintenance, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in all staff and customer areas on a large site.

Main duties include maintaining green areas, lighting and interior/exterior cleanliness, and supporting ad-hoc projects to meet changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, building or roofing would be advantageous.
• The ability to work at height is a requirement (subject to certification).
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of green areas, grass cutting, general interior/exterior cleanliness.
• Routine upkeep of dealership lighting and building maintenance.
• Ad-hoc projects to suit changing needs of the business.
