Job summary

McArthurGlen Group in West Midlands is seeking a Facilities Executive to join our centre management team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and coordinate day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will ensure facilities management, health & safety, security and environmental compliance are maintained, acting as the first point of contact for issues and coordinating audits and emergency plans.

Qualifications

• Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment.
• IOSH qualification.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 (ISO 14001 is advantageous).
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the centre.
• Ensure the highest standards of facilities management, health & safety, security and environmental compliance.
• Act as a first point of contact for facilities-related issues.
• Coordinate audits and emergency response planning.
• Support risk management initiatives.

Job Description

We're looking for a Facilities Executive to join our centre management team in West Midlands to support in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll be doing
