About The Role

As a facilities engineer, you will be part of our internal facilities division working on a key client site supporting non-core engineering and operations. You will be responsible for completing daily maintenance repairs and scheduled services. This multi-skilled role requires engineering experience and competence.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking planned, reactive and corrective maintenance effectiveness and reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Conducting root cause analysis to optimize plant and machinery efficiency and safety.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
• Using CMMS.
• Communicating effectively with both the Client and your team.
• Contributing to minor project work.
  
  

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in a facilities maintenance technician position or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and familiarity with HVAC systems is highly advantageous and will be considered desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
