Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment agency seeks a Facilities Engineer for a manufacturing business in England. Responsibilities include site maintenance, HVAC and boiler maintenance, and ensuring facility operations. Candidates should have electrical qualifications and experience in a busy FMCG environment. Qualifications

• Must have experience in a factory environment working on electrical facilities maintenance.
• Should ideally have experience with boilers and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform site maintenance in a FMCG plant.
• Maintain site services in a cold room environment.
• Conduct maintenance of boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Execute general facilities maintenance and lighting maintenance.
• Carry out equipment upgrades and improvements to the facility.

Skills

Experience in factory environment

Electrical qualification (NVQ, HND/HNC)

Experience with boilers, HVAC systems

Experience with ammonia plants

Understanding of DSEAR & LOLER

Facilities Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - £62,150

Facilities Engineer Package:

• 23 days annual leave bank holidays

Facilities Engineer Shifts (Days or Nights Available Depending on Preference)

Day shifts 7am – 7pm

OR

Night shifts 7pm – 7am

Orion is partnered with a fast-paced manufacturing business based in Evesham, which is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Engineer to help with facilities maintenance of the plant.

Applicants must have experience in a factory environment working on electrical facilities maintenance.

Facilities Engineer Duties & Experience

• Site Maintenance in a FMCG plant
• Site services Maintenance in a cold room environment
• Maintenance of boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems etc..
• General facilities maintenanceLighting maintenance
• PPM’s
• Equipment upgrades and improvements to the facility

Facilities Engineer required Experience

• Electrical qualification – NVQ, HND/HNC Etc..
• Ideally have experience with boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units & air compressors
• Ideally have experience with ammonia plants
• Understanding of DSEAR & LOLER
• Facilities maintenance experience in a busy FMCG environment
