Job description

To provide professional leadership and support to deliver high quality facilities management services across the Trust To be a visible and relatable leader for Facilities Services. To provide effective leadership of Facilities functional managers to empower individuals to take decisions which meet the needs of patients, staff and visitors. To take responsibility for delivering continuous improvement within Facilities Services to support improving standards of patient care. Ensure that the Directorate embraces the aims of PROUD Futures and delivers against specific workstreams such as harmonization of Portering services. To provide expert advice on a number of specialized areas in respect of complex matters relating to managing the Trusts Facilities Management function. £25,272 per annum (pro rata for part time)
