Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for aFacilities Coordinator, to join our NHS Supply Chain contract based in Crick. As our Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for contractor visits and site coordination, supporting the Facilities, Health & Safety Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support, manage communications, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and well‐organised site.

This role is being offered on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Provide general and specialist administrative support to the facilities team
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and reporting sheets, ensuring timely updates
  • Process and file documents accurately using IT systems and spreadsheets
  • Maintain both digital and physical records to a high standard
  • Act as the main point of contact for all contractor visitors
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within facilities or a warehousing setting
  • Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH Level 3, NEBOSH General Certificate, or NVQ Level 3)
  • Facilities Services Level 2 (City & Guilds) or IWFM Level 3
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
