About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, service-driven Facilities Coordinator to join our team in London. This role is key to ensuring our workplace is welcoming, safe, and operating at the highest standards for all building users.

As the first point of contact for many visitors and staff, you’ll be the face of excellent service, responsible for the faultless upkeep of your allocated floor area and maintaining a positive environment that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the assigned floor area is maintained to a high standard at all times.
  2. Provide a professional, friendly, and effective reception service, ensuring appropriate security awareness.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service to all building users and visitors.
  4. Take ownership of issues, resolving or escalating them promptly and effectively.
  5. Enforce site rules and standards, particularly around housekeeping, security, and health & safety.
  6. Act as a key liaison for facilities-related issues, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and safe environment.
