Hourly Rate : £14.79 per hour (Inside IR35)
Contract : 24th November 2025 – 27th March 2026
Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7 : 30am–4 : 30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join a busy on-site Workplace Support team at a major BP client site in Dyce. Working as part of a team of three and reporting to the Soft Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent workplace standards, customer service, and hands-on support across the building.
This is a varied, physical role that involves daily floor walks, meeting room setup, furniture moves, goods receipting, basic repairs, and supporting wider facilities activities. It is not an admin-based role — most of your time will be spent around the building ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and ready to use.
