A growing Estate Agency in Chatham is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant. The role involves supporting property managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring high standards in property management. The ideal candidate will have property or facilities administration experience and strong communication and IT skills. Benefits include healthcare, holidays, and a pension scheme. Access to personal transport is necessary due to the location.
9 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday
The role is working as a Facilities Management Assistant for a busy and fast-growing Estate Agents. Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Administrator who is an excellent organiser with good attention to detail and happy to work as part of a team or on your own when necessary. The role will involve dealing with a variety of different people, providing administrative support to the property managers enabling them to manage the company's portfolio of residential block management sites to a high standard.
