A leading environmental charity in Dover is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to ensure seamless operations at The White Cliffs of Dover. As the Facilities Co‑ordinator, you’ll be making sure that The White Cliffs of Dover operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), procuring goods and services, while keeping our online records up to date. You will support the property leadership team with compliance monitoring whilst advising on health and safety. You will report to the Facilities and Support Services Manager, who will line‑manage the role.
Working 15 hours each week, either two shifts of 7.5 hours or three shifts of 5 hours. You may be required to work a one weekend day a few times per year. You may be asked to support the duty manager as part of your shift.
