Job summary

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our Accommodation Services team. You will contribute to the day-to-day management of corporate accommodation and help deliver cleaning and caretaking across a wide range of sites.

The role supports over 230 sites including schools, offices and public buildings, ensuring spaces are open, clean and safe for occupants on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Full Training.
• 23 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
• Overalls and PPE provided.
• Weekend enhanced rate.
• Night working enhanced rate.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day management of corporate accommodation and provides a comprehensive cleaning and caretaking service.
• Covers over 230 sites including schools, offices, public conveniences and other public buildings throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire.
• Ensures all sites are open, clean and fit for occupation on a daily basis.
