Job summary

Loughborough College Group is hiring a Facilities Cleaner at Loughborough College. The role involves cleaning classrooms, offices, studios and common areas with focus on safety and reliability. The position supports a busy campus environment and requires flexibility to cover various shifts.

Experience in cleaning and knowledge of COSHH/Manual Handling is preferred. Training is available, and weekend work may be required. On-site parking and a supportive staff environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning in a commercial and/or domestic environment.
• Experience of working unsupervised and using own initiative.
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements related to cleaning (COSHH and Manual Handling).

Responsibilities

• Clean College premises including classrooms, offices, studios, corridors, bedrooms, kitchens, sports facilities, toilets and common areas.
• Adopt safe working practices and work in a team to provide flexible service cover.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain high cleaning standards.
