Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks, managing security protocols, and addressing emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have general handyperson skills, good customer service ability, and a proactive approach, ensuring a welcoming environment. This is a full-time position with alternating shifts from 6.30AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday.
