A leading staffing agency is seeking a Facilities Assistant for a three-month temporary position. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, including reception duties, vehicle fleet administration, and managing health & safety records. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and experience in facilities or administrative support. This position is fully office-based in England.
Start Date: Monday, 24th November 2025
Contract: 3 months (temporary)
Hours: 9:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our team for a three-month temporary position, supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a safe, well-organised working environment.
You'll bring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and supporting colleagues across a range of tasks. Experience in facilities or administrative support would be an advantage.
