Job summary

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an FM Assistant (Band 2) for Thurrock/Brockfield House. The role offers various hours with a pro rata salary of £25,272 per annum and a closing date of 23 October 2026.

The successful candidate will contribute to a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment across our facilities. The role involves supporting the Facilities Team, with comprehensive training and flexible patterns.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas required in the work schedules which include toilets, corridors, offices, clinic rooms, store rooms; dusting, mopping, wiping, changing bins.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, trust staff and visitors in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness.
• Adhere to the attached job description specification and follow work schedules and instructions.
