A leading facilities management company in Leeds is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support facilities operations. You will coordinate with contractors, maintain high standards for site presentation, and handle administrative tasks. We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to provide all-round support for facilities operations and ensure the site runs smoothly. Reporting to the Local Area Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day tasks, working under your own initiative to maintain high standards and deliver excellent service. This role involves liaising with contractors, carrying out site checks, and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and facilities are well-maintained. You will play a key part in keeping the environment safe, compliant, and well-presented for colleagues and visitors.
